I had to send an order back and, to be honest, I was expecting the refund to drag on a bit like it sometimes does with online orders. In this case though, Rudis handled it really quickly. I got the email update, and the money came back without me needing to follow up or chase anyone. For a return situation, it was about as easy as I could’ve hoped for.

"Logo started peeling way too soon"
I really expected this to hold up better, but the print started cracking quickly and the logo began peeling after just a few washes. Give me a break, that’s way too soon for something like this to look worn out.

It was fine at first, but after a few months it started coming apart. Not sure if it was just the one I got or what, but yeah, it didn’t hold up as well as I expected.

I found the site kind of annoying to use. It took me longer than it should have to find what I was looking for, and a lot of the time I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to click next. The next steps weren’t very clear, so I just ended up clicking around until I figured it out

"Checkout was fine, just a little clunky"
Ordering on rudis.com was okay overall. I mean, I got through it, but the checkout part felt a little slow. My payment info didn’t save the first time, so I had to reload and try again, which was kind of annoying. The shipping options were easy enough to understand, though, and I did get the order placed in the end. So yeah, not a bad experience, just not as smooth as it could’ve been.

I ordered from Rudis and everything did show up in good shape, so I can’t really complain too much. But the shipping felt slower than it should’ve been, even though maybe that’s just because the tracking barely updated for a few days and made it seem worse. I kept checking it and had no clue where the package was, which was kind of annoying. The product was solid once it arrived, so overall it was fine, but the delivery part could’ve been smoother.

"Product was okay, but the packaging gave the wrong impression"
My order itself was fine, but the box showed up looking rough. One side was crushed and the tape was already half loose, which made it feel like nobody really took much care with it before it got to me. For the price, I expected a little better presentation. It’s one of those things where the product may be okay, but the packaging affects how you feel about the whole purchase.

I reached out to Rudis support about my order and waited several days without getting a real response. I tried following up too, but still nothing. the products might be fine, but the customer service was a total miss in my experience. It’s frustrating when you’ve already paid and all you’re asking for is a simple reply.

"Shipping felt way too expensive"
I was on rudis.com just trying to pick up a couple things. Nothing crazy. Added them to my cart, got to checkout, and then the shipping hit me. it felt way higher than I expected for such a small order.
The stuff itself looked fine, which is the annoying part. I probably would’ve bought it. But paying that much just to get it delivered kind of stopped me right there. Wish they had a cheaper shipping option or something, because it makes me hesitate to order again.

"Support is fine, but stability seems a bit hit or miss"
The support has been decent overall—nothing amazing, but they do respond and try to help. Reading between the lines, though, the stability doesn’t feel totally consistent. Some days everything runs fine, and other times it feels a little shaky. Not a bad experience, just not quite as reliable as I’d hoped.
"Comfortable Enough, But They Definitely Made It Too Stiff"
They’re comfy, I guess, but whoever designed these clearly didn’t think much about movement. They feel way too stiff sometimes, and it gets annoying fast when you’re trying to move around normally. Comfort is okay, but the tight mobility really takes away from it

"Way too pricey for something so hit or miss"
I don’t think this is worth the money. It works when it wants to, which is frustrating for the price. I expected a lot more and ended up feeling like I overpaid for something unreliable.

"Just wasn’t my vibe"
I was actually kind of excited when I first got it, thinking it might look better in person than it did in the pictures. But once I took it out and set it up, I just kind of stood there staring at it like, “Yeah… this is not for me.” It looked awkward with the rest of my stuff and came off a bit ugly to my taste. Maybe someone else would like the style, but it definitely wasn’t my thing

"Team order took way too long"
Ordered some custom team gear through Rudis it was frustrating. Looked decent once it finally showed up, but the updates were slow and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. Had a few sizes mixed up too. Customer service did respond, just wasn’t all that helpful. For what we paid, expected the whole thing to go a lot smoother.

"Looked fine, but felt really scratchy"
The weird part is, the shirt looked okay when I took it out of the package, but the fabric felt cheap and scratchy as soon as I put it on. It was rough on my skin and just not comfortable to wear at all. Disappointing overall...

"Grip Just Wasn’t There"
I bought a pair of wrestling shoes from Rudis, the traction was bad right from the first practice.
My kid kept slipping when he tried to shoot or push off, and the mat was clean, so it wasn’t like that was the issue. The shoes looked good enough, but once he was actually moving in them, the grip just felt off.
For the price, I really expected them to perform a lot better. Disappointing, and I wouldn’t buy them again.

I ordered my usual size, but when I tried it on, it felt a little tighter than I expected. The fit wasn’t terrible, just a bit small for me, so I ended up exchanging it for the next size up. Once I did that, it worked out better...
